Additional Notes: Patients must have one of the following somatic mutations: ATM, ARID1A, ATR, BRCA1/2; FANC, PALB2, RAD50- see trial for details
Exclusions: Patients with germline (inherited) BRCA mutations; Patients who have had prior treatment with PARP inhibitor
