Gender: All
Age: 18 Years and older (Adult, Older Adult)
Location of Metastases:
Additional Notes: Patients must have progressed on at least one line of metastatic therapy; Breast cancer patients with tumors that express TREM2 will also be eligible for the dose expansion phase of the study
Exclusions: Patients with unstable, symptomatic, uncontrolled brain metastases- see trial for details; Patients who are eligible and have not progressed on molecularly targeted therapy (e.g. drugs targeting EGFR, HER2, etc)
