2022 In-Person Cancer Policy & Advocacy Team (CPAT) Symposium

The symposium is an opportunity to network with other advocates, develop advocacy skills, learn about cancer policy issues, and meet with legislators—all in support of the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship’s (NCCS) mission to improve  the quality of cancer care for everyone touched by cancer. Goals for the symposium participants are as follows:

• To gain an understanding of the most pressing cancer and survivorship policy issues.
• To develop advocacy skills in communication and meeting with policymakers
• To facilitate advocates’ networking and ongoing engagement with NCCS in public policy advocacy.
