Komen® Orange County’s Metastatic Breast Cancer Conference

With an estimated 154,000+ women currently living with metastatic breast cancer in the United States and approximately 1,000 in Orange County, Komen Orange County is working to create a community of those living with the disease, their caregivers, and medical professionals to share new information, practical resources, and support.

Komen OC and its partners will host a day-long conference to gather, engage, and provide expert information to people living with metastatic breast cancer. This conference– the first of its kind in Orange County – will cover the biology of metastatic breast cancer, advances in treatment, emerging research, new medications and clinical trials as well as address the psychological and social issues faced by those living with MBC and caregivers.
