The Power of Planning: Making Critical Ethical, Medical and Legal Decisions in Advance of Health Crises

The time when an individual is terminally ill or incapacitated is not ideal to address the myriad issues that arise in these circumstances. The panelists will discuss the challenges presented by incapacity and terminal illness and how having advanced directives in place allows for control and independence to the maximum extent possible.
