ESMO 2019 Congress

The European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) invites all oncology stakeholders: researchers, clinicians, industry partners, patient advocates and members of the press to mark your calendars for the annual ESMO Congress in 2019. This scientific and educational congress is led by an international scientific committee and promotes the sharing of expertise and interaction between regional and international experts in oncology.

ESMO is and continues to be a leading force of high-quality oncology education, a platform for immense international visibility for scientific research, and a proud contributor to continuous improvements in patient care.

Northwest Arkansas Metsquerade

The NWA Metsquerade is a fundraiser for Metavivor, a non-profit organization that uses 100% of donations for metastatic breast cancer research. This fundraiser has raised over $880,000 since 2016 including monies raised from the annual NWA Metsquerade, Annual Runway IV Reseach, and National Metaribbon Challenge, among others.  The team is closing in on a $1,000,000 raised and are excited about this big milestone in fundraising.

Triangle Metsquerade

The Triangle Metsquerade is a fundraiser for Metavivor, a non-profit organization that uses 100% of donations for metastatic breast cancer research. METAvivor is dedicated to the specific fight of women and men living with stage IV metastatic breast cancer. At the time of METAvivor’s founding, no organization was dedicated to funding research for the disease and no patient groups were speaking out about the dearth of stage 4 cancer research. While more and more people have taken up the cry for more stage 4 research, METAvivor remains the sole US organization dedicated to awarding annual metastatic breast cancer research grants.

AACR 2019 Annual Meeting

The AACR Annual Meeting program covers the latest discoveries across the spectrum of cancer research—from population science and prevention; to cancer biology, translational, and clinical studies; to survivorship and advocacy—and highlights the work of the best minds in research and medicine from institutions all over the world.

Komen Northeast Ohio Metastatic Breast Cancer Conference

The 2019 Metastatic Breast Cancer Conference is an event designed to educate metastatic patients, breast cancer survivors, caregivers, and the general public on the ABCs of metastatic breast cancer. The conference will feature keynote presentations from people active in the metastatic breast cancer community, a panel of prestigious local oncologists, an interactive complementary therapy fair, vendor fair, and much more.

Southwest Florida Metsquerade
