Age: 18 Years and older (Adult, Older Adult)
Location of Metastases: Brain
Additional Notes: Patient must have brain metastases located near (less than 2 cm) any portion of the motor cortex, motor pathway, language cortex, or language pathway 
Exclusions: Patients not planning a surgical resection of the tumor
