Key Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: All
Age: 18 Years and older (Adult, Older Adult)
Location of Metastases: Brain
Additional Notes: Patient must have 1-4 brain metastases, with at least one lesion greater than 20 mm & less than or equal to 50 mm in diameter & determined to be appropriate for stereotactic radiosurgery & resection (surgery)
Exclusions: Patients with leptomeningeal disease; Patients with a tumor located in the brainstem
