Age: 18 Years and older (Adult, Older Adult)
Location of Metastases: Brain
Additional Notes: 
Exclusions: Patients with more than 4 brain metastases; Diameter of the metastasis for surgical resection is greater than 4.0 cm; Patients have more than 1 metastasis requiring surgical resection; Patients with prior radiation to the brain (SRS/SRT, WBRT) to the lesion to be resected; Patients with leptomeningeal disease – see trial for details
